Resilience. Rebuilding. Recovery.

ASCETA supported increasing inclusion and equity awareness through an expansive 1.5 year strategic design process with the Portland Business Alliance, the local Chamber of Commerce, to create opportunity and advance well-being for all who live and work in the greater Portland and SW Washington region.

Centering. Connecting. Launching.

When and how do we find our center in a world of rapid change and urgent developments? As masters of compartmentalization and management, what does it mean to intentionally integrate and connect the various parts of ourselves, our lives, our teams and our communities? What does it take to root in what is deepest and meaningful as we adapt to changing environments, and shifting roles? Since its inception, ASCETA has supported the growth of national executives in directing and facilitating the invitation-only annual Women’s Executive Forum Retreat in partnership with Travel Portland and Association Forum.
